New Fabrics Arrived!

Like in the topic of the post - my new fabrics arrived! And as a lot of you asked about wallets with cat patterns I also ordered something for you guys! This cat pattern differs from my previous one a lot, but still I think it looks cute, especially on a wallet, right? I sewed it yesterday for a friend, and can't wait to hear her opinion about it!

Jak w temacie posta - mam nowe tkaniny! Wiele osób pytało mnie o portfele z kocim motywem, dlatego też zamówiłam coś specjalnie dla was! Co prawda ten wzór różni się od poprzedniego kociego, ale mam nadzieję że wam się spodoba - jak dla mnie jest uroczy i bardzo pasuje np. na.. portfele! Wczoraj uszyłam dla znajomej właśnie koci portfel, nie mogę się doczekać aż go zobaczy!

 I also ordered new buttons - I got bored with the precious ones a bit :D This time I used a smaller and darker wooden button.

Zamówiłam tez kilka nowych guziczków - tamte drewniane chwilowo mi się znudziły :P Tym razem użyłam mniejszego i ciemniejszego drewnianego guzika :D

 I used this cat pattern fabric for the interior too. And as you can see, the whole wallet is black&white. I usually make colorful interiors but this one wouldn't look good with too much colours, right?

Jak widać środek portfela też jest bardzo koci. I co dziwne, wszystko jest zachowane w dwóch kolorach - czarny i biały.  Zazwyczaj środki robię kolorowe, ale tutaj to zupełnie nie pasowało, no nie?

 I also sewed a tissue holder from the same fabrics - nice set for a cat lady. Good thing about wallets made of fabrics is that you can wash them without any problems :) The leather ones sometimes fell apart after washing.. that's why I don't buy wallets anymore.. :P

Do kompletu uszyłam też chustecznik - idealny zestaw dla kociary! Zaletą portfeli z tkanin jest to, że można je bez problemu prać :) Wiadomo, takie rzeczy szybko się brudzą w torbach :) A skóra po wypraniu może się czasem rozlecieć.. dlatego właśnie od jakiegoś czasu nie kupuję w ogóle portfeli.. :P

I haven't been sewing lately, because we are spending a lot of time together with my A. doing nothing :P I'm glad I found some time to sew this wallet!

Mało ostatnio szyłam bo spędzam bardzo dużo czasu z moim A. na.. nicnierobieniu :P Jestem bardzo szczęśliwa, że wczoraj trochę udało mi się czasu znaleźć na uszycie tego portfeliska!

Two days ago I wrote down the recipe for my new favourite cookies (Antilight ❤) in my planner. This recipe is really my favourite now, and that's why I had to write it down in a special way - with a  simple drawing!

Dwa dni temu zapisywałam przepis na moje nowe ulubione ciasteczka (Antilight ❤) w moim plannerze. Przepis jest naprawdę jednym z moich ulubionych teraz i musiałam go jakoś hmm.. zapisać w szczególny sposób - ozdobiłam go bardzo prostym rysunkiem!

I don't remember the last time I draw something.. I need to practice it from time to time or I will forget how to do it entirely.. This sketch is simple and easy - I don't think I would be able to draw something more complicated now..

Nie pamiętam kiedy ostatnio coś narysowałam.. muszę od czasu do czasu ćwiczyć, żeby całkiem nie zapomnieć jak się to robi. Ten szkic jest akurat łatwy, myślę że z niczym bardziej skomplikowanym nie dałabym sobie rady teraz..

Oh, and I forgot to tell you about my new tutorial at ZrobiszSam! This time something for your kiddos - I am showing how to sew an easy pencil case which looks like a cloud! :)

Foxy Set!

Some time ago I sewed a foxy wallet for myself.. One of my lovely readers saw it and wanted a similar one with a matching vanity bag/purse.. and here they are!

This wallet is made way more precisely and looks a lot better than the one I have.. It's weird but I always keep my ugly creations for myself.. (well maybe not ugly but they look like they were unfinished!).. I just don't mind if there are some threads on the right side or something like that.. but when you are making something for a client.. well.. then you want to give him/her the best what you can make! :)

This wallet has a red interior and the pocket is made of a lovely foxy fabric :)

Besides that it looks like all my previous wallets :) simple but nice looking :)

My client also wanted a matching purse.. And I have to admit I love how it looks!

I have to make a similar one for myself somewhere in the future!

I wish I had more of this colorful little tape.. looks nice with every fabrics! :)

And as you can see the back is very simple :)

Few days ago I also sewed a nice pillow! I was inspired by CluckCluckSew! You can find a nice tutorial on her blog.. I didn't really use it, but some of you maybe don't know how to start or something like that.. Btw it is a great blog! Lot's of inspirations and nice projects! :)

I sewed a simple little quilt too.. but I'm waiting for some good daylight to make photos. You can't believe how dark my room is when the weather is like this!

Vintage Blue Set + Tote

 I promise! It's the last wallet set for this month! I won't be boring you with them more! As you can see photoas are awfull.. well.. what can I say. I'm not a photograph, I'm trying my best but sometimes my camera just doesn't cooperate with me.. o.O

Vintage blue flowery fabric.. Looks better in reality..

 And a nice vintage lace.. :)

 Lovely wooden button.. wish I had more of them! :)

 And not a vintage blue lace inside the wallet. I had no idea what to put inside.. and it looked so bald! So I picked this thick blue lace :)

I really really promise It's the last one this month! Now I want to make only notebooks for my shop.. Christmas is close.. (well in mind of people who own shops!) so I have to add some good to my etsy. Hope you will like my new projects! :)

And something super ugly now! Two days ago I had a biiig headache.. but I just couldn't like down and do nothing.. so I started to sew.. something simple.. but omg.. what a bad sewing day was that day! Eeeek! Look what a monster I created!

It's a tote for books which don't fit to my handbag when I go to school.. I really really hate it! I can't believe I made something so crappy! Ehh :( I want to make a new one soon, cuz this one is really.. really.. bad!

What do you think about it? But seriously! ;p

Set 5 - Delicate

 I know it's getting boring.. but I have no time for sewing now, so I have to show you my older creations! :) One more set left. I hope I will find some time this weekend for my lovely sewing machine :)

Size the same as previous models.

 The interior of the vanity bag is made of canvas.. geeez I love canvas! ♥

 And I also loveloveloveeee big wooden buttons! Like the one used for this wallet :)

 Vintage lace - it's from an old dress.. very old dress :) I can't find laces like this one in shops now.. And even if I find something nice.. it's just too expensive..

 Interior of the wallet is also mafe of my lovely canvas  ♥ 

I really hope you like these sets.. It was really a hard work to create so much of them! Well of course it was super pleasant for me, but making 6 things from the same pattern is sometimes too monotonous, don't you thinkg? And because of that, it's sometimes very very.. tiring.

Today I got a lovely package from a fellow blogger. I just can't wait to show you what have I received! Ohh I just looove swaps!

Elegant Set

 These wallets are getting a bit boring, don't they? If not.. prepare for two more in few days! ;d This one was the first one I made after a loooong break of sewing wallets. It was a tes if I still remember how to create them.

The purse has the same shape as the previous ones. It has a big white lace on the front.

The wallet is also the same size and shape as the previous ones. The button is very big - and looks a bit like vintage, don't you think?

 The lace has an interesting colour.. light vintage pink :)

 And of course.. a flowery interior! I just can't stop sewing flowery things!

 And on two edges inside the wallet you can see two little white laces :)

The back is plain..

Red&White + Cloudy Wall Painting + A.'s Blog

 New set. It's the third one.. three more left! :)

The same shape as the previous ones.. The vanity bag/purse has two pockets :)

 The wallet has a big black button for closure.

 There are few pockets for business cards etc. and a zippered pocket for pennies.

 And one pocket under the zippered pocket for your paper money.

 The back is plain, without laces etc. I wanted to create a simple waller for a person who likes stripes.. I know that not everyone loves flowers like me.. so I tried to make some other wallets too;p

Oh and I want to show you what I painted on a super old wooden toilet (not used any more) at my A.'s countryside.. He was painting a wall behind me.. so I borrowed his sprays and started my own work hehe;p Here is my work.. I hope it will make people smile when they will walk next to it;p

Haha.. do you like it?? Yes I know that I made clouds.. AGAIN! But I love clouds and rainbows!! Haha and I couldn's resist to paint that.. It's just a fast work.. and I couldn't use much paint.. They are quite expensive.. and I didn't want to empty them;p If you like works made with spray paint.. hop onto my A.'s blog! He just started this blog but I believe he will make a wonderful site with loads of wonderfull stuff! :)

My favourite one - canvas set

 Today I want to show you another set - but this one it's my favourite one. I love canvas. One of the first fabrics I bought when I started sewing was canvas, and it was love from the first sight. Seriously it is a wonderful fabric! And it isn't hard to do something beautiful using it! Like here:

Nothing complicated.. Just canvas, a bit of lace, cotton tape and a white fabric with a flowery fabric inside. Simple but beautiful :) I really wish I could have this set for myself!

 The purse/vanity bag has a fabric inside which makes two pockets (like in the previous Romantic Set).

 On the wallet you can see a nice flowery button.

 And a bit of lace and a yellow cotton tape.

 I really really like the interior.. the flowery fabric is just magical, isn't it?

And the back - blank canvas.

What do you think? Do you like it as much as I do? Well, I hope so haha ;d Because if you don't like it.. it means I have a weird sense of style! ;o

My weekend was wonderful, like every weekend spent with my noughty A. I hope your weekend was as good as mine or even better!

Romantic Set

 Lately I had a quite long break from making thick notebooks (but I have to get back and realise some private orders!) and I was making some different stuff.. Three days - a week ago - I was making wallets and purses. Why? And why so long (much!)? Well.. I will tell you later.. when I will know that everything is set and ok! :d

Now, I'm introducing the first set! The Romantic one - flowers, pink colour and lace. It is a really cute set. I really really like it and I'm thinking of making a similar one for myself ;p Photos aren't very good as you can see.. I was making them on my balcony to have some good daylight.. but I couldn't make any good ones :(

 As you can see the wallet is small - perfect for smaller bags :)

 It has a lot of pockets - the most important -> a zippered pocket for pennies!

 And few pockets for your business cards and documents :)

 The back is plain (without buttons and laces).

 And now the purse! It has two pockets (or we can say that it is just divided to have 2 parts). Why? Well.. for me it is really helpfull.. I always have my tablets on one side, and rest of my crap on the other;p it's easier to find everything;p - seriously! I sometimes have problems with finding my lipstick in my purse haha!

 I really really hope you like it. Please tell me what you think about this new set :) 

And here is a little sneak peak of what I have started making two days ago.. Ohhh I hope I will finish it soon and it will look good (oh please please look good!).

Oh Oh! And I'm leaving town for the weekend - again - we are going to visit my A.'s countryside! Ahh I love visiting that place with him! :d Hope we will have a good time.. and of course.. I hope you will have a great time on your weekend too! Some plans??
